DORA is officially at FNL!
A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area allows individuals of legal drinking age (21+) to consume alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, or liquor) outdoors within specific, marked boundaries. These drinks must be purchased from participating local establishments and served in specialized cups, which people can carry while walking in authorized areas
